Return & Refund Policy
1. When are returns accepted and what can I return?
You can return all those items which have any size issue, manufacturing defect or if any wrong products are delivered. Return should be raised within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchased with no questions asked. Conditions for returns are given below:
- In case of manufacturing defect/size issue with the product, the same can be returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
- Returns are only accepted for items which are unused, untagged, unwashed and not over tried. Also, the original invoice should be present with the returned package.
- Inspection of the item will be done by the Colorauction Team. The refund will only be initiated only after the approval from our team.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
- Once the Return request is raised by the Customer, the Returned product should reach to us within 5 days from the date of request raised at the following address : E-15, Guru Nanak Road, Adarsh Nagar, Ground Floor, Delhi - 110033. Beyond this time frame the Return request will be marked as Null and Void.
- In case of manufacturing defect, an intimation has to be given to Colorauction team via email within 24 hours, post 24 hours no manufacturing defect product will be entertained.
- Manufacturing defect email should be supported with clear images of the defect.
- Any product that exhibits physical damage by the user will not be accepted.
2. How to return products?

- Fill in your details in the form with the Reason For Return as well.
- Click on Submit
1. When are refunds processed? Full refund or store credit?
Refund is initiated post inspection made by the Colorauction team, once approved it will take 5 business days to release the amount from our end. Full refund made in user’s bank account.
2. How is money refunded? How many days?
Money is refunded directly in the customer's bank account. Refund will be made from Colorauction's end within 5 working days post inspection and also depends on the bank processing time.
3. Are exchanges allowed?
Exchanges are only allowed in case their is a size issue/manufacturing defect and in such a case of exchange request customer has to send the product to our warehouse. In case the product which has to be exchanged is not in stock, then in that case full refund will be made to the customer. Customer has to give a call on our Support number/email to raise an exchange request. Please note once the exchange of product is done it cannot be exchanged any further.
Please note that in case of International orders No Exchange/Returns are allowed.
